We are committed to hiring students through our SPARK competition. Participants are encouraged to provide resumes in advance of the competition for hiring mangers review.

- Welcome and networking
- Receive team assignments, complete icebreaker
- Review assigned problem statement
- Begin team collaboration!
Competition Day 2
- Continue team collaboration, create a presentation
- Review and practice your presentation, upload it by the deadline
- Pitch your idea to the Judging Panel
- Winners and cash awards presented
