The Great Belt Bridge consists of both a 4-lane 21 km long highway divided into two bridges and a 25 km railway including an 8 km rail tunnel and a 7 km rail bridge. The Great Belt Bridge connects the eastern and western parts of Denmark and is life nerve in the Danish infrastructure and transportation system.
What we did
Ramboll has a framework agreement and delivers consultancy within operation and maintenance. During the past 5 years we have among others delivered the following related services to the client:
- Performance GAP analysis within asset management, measured according to world class. The assessment treated following areas:
- Strategies
- Computerised maintenance management system
- Maintenance planning and contractors
- Spare part management
- KPIs
- Economy
- Rating of organisational readiness for change
- Development of a KPI structure related to asset management and maintenance
- Assessment of present use of CMMS and future user requirements to the system
- Strategic improvement planning (roadmap)
- Organisation of documentation and its interface to Maximo for seamless daily use during maintenance.
