Cheryl Ginyard-Jones
As a successful leader and an experienced energy professional, Cheryl Ginyard-Jones has the experience and market insight needed to further Ramboll’s growth in the Americas and help drive sustainable change.
She comes from a position as Americas Group Director for Growth and Performance for Worley where she was responsible for strategy development with a key focus on sustainability and energy transformation. She was also co-chair of Worley’s global Diversity and Inclusion Council committed to creating an environment where all employees can bring their whole selves to work.

Cheryl Ginyard-Jones succeeds Jim Fox who served as the first Managing Director of the Americas following its establishment in 2019.
