We offer 3D scanning without drawing conversions to document as-built conditions for construction teams, using a web-based solution to collaborate with a 3D image. We also can create cost-effective as-built AutoCAD and Revit models from the scanning data.
Performing an FMEA is a core task in reliability, safety and quality engineering. A successful FMEA activity helps identify potential failure modes based on experience with similar products and processes or based on common physics of failure logic. A PHA is a detailed and methodical method for identifying potential personnel safety, environmental impact, equipment damage or operability issues of a manufacturing process. As the key requirement of a Process Safety Management (PSM) program, a PHA can be used during the design of a new process or implemented for an existing process, and can bring value even when applied to a process not included within the PSM standard (OSHA 1910.119).
A DHA is required by NFPA 652, the Standard on the Fundamentals of Combustible Dust, for all operations that manufacture, process, repackage, generate or handle combustible dusts or combustible particulate solids.
