Roger Borges da Silva has more than 20 years of experience in environmental licensing at all stages of the process (LP, LI and LO), accompanying the preparation of environmental studies, writing and implementing environmental programs as well as meeting and monitoring license conditions through scope management and constant quality monitoring. He has diverse experience in environmental licensing processes in all spheres of administrative competence (federal, state and municipal), as well as before the bodies involved in the process (IPHAN, Palmares Foundation, FUNAI and Ministry of Health). He also has extensive performance with team management and monitoring of processes with environmental agencies, intervening agencies and service providers. Roger has managed environmental projects and environmental licensing in the areas of energy, oil and gas, ports, airports, railways, highways, sanitation, conservation units and indigenous component. He is a member of the Society for Ecological Restoration (SER) and has authored articles in magazines such as National Geographic, Journal of Mammalogy, Neotropical Biology and Conservation, Science Today and others.
